Never flown before? Our 'Introduction to Drone Technology' Workshop is for you!

Our introduction to UAV technology takes you from never having flown before to being a safe and competent amateur pilot. It will give you a basic understanding of operating principles and ensure that you fly with the minimum amount of risk to both yourself, the public and other operators. This course may also be a good transition into our PfCO course if you are considering becoming a commercial drone pilot. 

The syllabus includes:

• Air Law / Responsibilities

• Aircraft Knowledge 

• Meteorology

• Flight Safety

• Emergency Procedures

• Taking care of your equipment

• One hour of basic flight instruction*
